Hello.
Recently, I started up my PC and I noticed I couldn't access anthing as there was no taskbar or icons. The MSN screen popped up (I could sign in if I wanted to) but I could not go to anything else. I restarted my PC several times and one time the taskbar appered for about 5 seconds, I quickly loaded up internet explorer, and looked on google for a Computer forum as a last hope. I'll go through the full list of 'symptoms'. 1. Taskbar not appearing, but MSN does. 2. The only way I can access files and folders is by Pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete, going to file, new task, browse and looking in My Computer. 3. Some other handy info would be that I am on Windows XP and I have Panda internet securaty. I can pretty sure I can load and run everything, but the taskbar is a necessity in my opinion. Please help as you can, and give me a detailed explanation on how to do things (I am only 14 after all! [I'm also not too good with computers ^.^]). Thank you, Zypo. |
