I am running Windows Vista 32bit Home Premium and this occasionally happens where a folder called "Programs" comes in my Task Menu list and duplicates everything in the menu into that folder. I cant delete it, how do it do it?

ill try it next time it pops up. I usually just do a restore.

Not sure what it does it, maybe try a Google, see if there is a solution.
