Default Re-Installing Windows Vista

I didn't try to install XP. All I did was go to the XP setup, create a partition, then I exited and went to Vista to see if It recognized the partition? What did you think I should do? I know I can install XP on that comp as I have done so many times before.

First you said you couldn't make a partition.

The post above says you did.

Did it create the partition in XP or not?

Default Re-Installing Windows Vista

Well I am up and installing Vista. The problem was the bios. The primary HDD or whatever was not the SATA HDD but rather a USB Drive. So I had to change it to the actual SATA HDD. I am installing Vista as we speak.

I'd love to take credit but looks like you fixed this one alone.

Thanks for the compliment anyhow.

Lol I'm sure that doing all those things somehow led to the fix so yes you do deserve some credibility.
