| Hi, my laptop shut down saying it noticed a critical error and gave me the following Technical info: STOP 0X0000008E (0X00000005,0XFC885FB5,0XF75DA850,0X00000000) FTDIBUS.SYS - ADDRESS FC88FB5 BASE FC88400 DATE STAMP 4020FF72 Can any 1 help? ![]() |

| This seems to be a Pinnacle USB driver - have you done any updates recently? Tried system restore? |

| no not recently only thing i have done is put some software on for my car diognostic epc |

| Perhaps that's causing a conflict. Did it install OK? Perhaps uninstall and see if the problem still persists? Also check Device Manager to see if there are any yellow warnings against any of your devices. |
