 running windows 98 SE on dial up trying to use a phillips web cam SIC4700/37but all it get is a black box?       |

| running windows 98 SE on dial up trying to use a It's mainly because you're using WINDOWS 98 ON A DIAL UP. It's 9 years later, at least upgrade to windows XP if not Vista. Seriously though if you would like to try and sort your webcam, the very least you can do is get broadband, it's very cheap now and you can get it from many different companies. |
