So i have a server 2003 SBS with an exchange system and i have been asked
to setup a system to keep relative project emails together.

all sent mail and incoming mail relating to a project is to go to a specific project mailbox
or folder...

obviously a copy will have to be sent as how will incoming mail from different addresses
just know what project file it goes into.

The idea is to keep the similar project email together.

I dont want to know how to do this step by step...but if somebody can give me general info
i can google and work it out.

somebody mentioned sharepoint services...can this be used?

any help please.
