i currently have windows xp service pack 2, but i was just wandering how i could upgrade to it, can i download it on the windows update or do i have to buy it?...

It's free, so long as you have genuine windows, but hasn't been released yet.

SP3 was released to manufacturing on April 29th, but will only be available publicly via Windows Update from June sometine I think
