• Double-click on HJTInstall.
• Click on the "Install" button to install.
• Upon install, HijackThis should open for you.
• Next click on the "Do a system scan and save a log file" button

• Copy and then paste the log in your post.
  • Don't have Hijackthis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

Are you in Normal startup Mode or Selective Startup? I can't completely tell from the log but it looks like Selective Startup.

The log does show all of the iTunes stuff as running.

indeed im using Selective Startup, iTunes does work, but ipod is not, the iTune no longer reads the ipod. and the main reason why i need this service fixed is because, my nod32 service is not working and nod32 is my antivirius....

Go and change it to Normal Startup.

Selective Startup is only allowing certain drivers to load at startup so therefor you may have something turned off that needs to be on.

Do you have all of the Windows updates?
