Default Should I install Windows SP#

Okay guys. I installed SP3 and did not back up. The problem I am now looking at is that it kept a lot of the programs installed and the memory on the hard drive is being massively consumed. 75gigs is now down to 20 something gigs.

1.) Is it possible that it kept some of the larger files and they are hidden?
2.) Do I need to do a complete reinstall to get back the lost memory?
3.) Your suggestions to a resoluntion are as always greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

MPenney

Open Task manager (right click on task bar>task manager) go to processes, sort my CPU, and see what's using it all, then post it here, it may be anything.

Is there a way to export the list to a note pad?

not that I know of, but if you want to do that to show us, you could maximise the window, then screen shot it, and post it.
