Slow Startup on Windows Vista Home Premium?

You have to optimize your pc and pc optimization can improve the speed and performance of your machine. These are the steps you have to complete for optimization of pc.
Delete all the junk files(temp,%temp% and prefetch) then disk clean up and scan with updated anti virus or anti spyware in the safe mode and optimize the browser.

Think he/she meant is it secure to post the HJT log online, and yes if that's what you meant, it's fine, if you want to be sure then I'm sure evil won't mind you PM'ing it to him, but you can't really be personally identified from it in anyway, it just tells us what programs and applications you're computers running.

ie. msn, internet explorer and (if your unlucky,) a virus...

I've had to submit a few for wiser people to examine and double check for me in my time
