HI,i recently got a new pc and installed windows xp,and every think seems ok,but when i went into hardware devices.there are little yellow question marks next to "other devices" not sure what they mean.or how to fix them.
any help plz. |

no nothin plugged in usb,also when i start up i get the little green arrow thing,safely remove hardware,but i havent plugged anything in.

yea there is actually, i cant get any sound and it says no audio device connected.
and under hardware devices says all sound devices working. |

Have you got a seperate sound card or is it onboard sound ?
If on board, what is the make/model of your motherboard ? If you dont know grab Everest Home and check out the make/model |

Is this an HP Desktop ? .... if so what model/no. ?

This is common when you install XP. Just get all the drivers from the manufacturer's web site and install them. Installing SP2 might also clear the problem.
