Something I heard about Vista - Is it true? Well I heard that with Vista, you cannot re-install it on a computer if you upgrade it, as it thinks it's a new computer so it doesn't allow it, is this true, or is it the same as with XP? Because it will be rearly annoying (not to mention expensive) to have to buy a new version of Vista each time I upgrade a processor or RAM.
Thanks
