Strange Hard Disk Problem in Vista

I have installed my vista on C; and in two days it is showing that my all 20 Gb hard disk partition is full.
Let me show you screenshots

This is my c: usage acc to vista

In c:, I selected "select all" option via ctrl+a and saw properties .
It's just showsing usage of 13Gb. So where's my 4 Gb gone

you could try taking what you want off it and formating it or reinstalling vista.
