lol turning it off is very important, make sure you discharge your self by touching the metal part of the case before you touch anything or you will end up like me breaking Â£150 of hardware

Hi, just wanted to let everyone know I ran the program REGCURE and have had no more serious errors. just in case anyone else has those problems that might help you too! Thanks for all the help guys!
