How can i fix this? This is much too high, and i have a feeling that this is what is making my graphics and audio lag every now and then! Please help :/...

System Idle Process Less Than or Equal to 99 Cpu
If your system idle process is at 99% than that means 1% is under load.

Erm...there is nothing to fix. Your system is basically sitting doing nothing - the amount of cpu being used is only 1% of its capacity.

Yeah, the system idle process is a process that goes through your computer when nothing else is..
You might have driver problems or heat problems if your audio keeps lagging though.. |
