Your best bet would be to go over to the Virus Spyware & Security forum and get Evil to check your hiijakthis log.
Read the first sticky b4 posting.

1. Go to Start>Run and type msconfig. Once the other windows open Click on the Start Up Tab. Browse through it and uncheck any unnecessary start-up programs.

2. Check for Spyware, Malware, Adware and Viruses. Use one of the following for best results. BitDefender Antivirus, Kaspersky Anti-Virus or Norton AntiVirus.

3. Do you have at least 512 MB of memory?

yea, it's sorted, and a few comments for Rond79's post:

1) It would have been more helpful to say what are common unnecessary programs/What are common defiantly necessary programs.

2) Norton is a pile of rubbish (most people here will agree with me on that), don't know much about the others, but as can get perfectly good results from freeware, i'll stick with that, unless your offering to buy them for me?

3) Like kanoakavirus said, I have "2x1GB OCZ PC2-9200 reaper CL5" as clearly stated in my sig, So please read
