Default Too many processes??

So I've noticed that my computer has been running much slower lately. I looked at Processes in the Task manager, and compared it to that of my friends, and I have loads more processes that are using over 1000kb, including about 5 SVCHOST.EXE's.

Can anyone here help me out with this? Is there a program I can download to delete unneeded processes?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Give StartUp Tool a try. I use it.

It runs from the .exe so if you download it to your desktop that is where it will always be.

I suggest downloading it to c:\???? (make a file for it somewhere like in program files) and then creating a shortcut to the start menue.
