Download them direct from the manufactures website then run their install program.

I did the graphics one via the device manager however the multimedia audio controller could not install and I'm not sure where to download from.

You need to find the make and model.

First establish if it is on the motherboard or a stand alone PCI card.

The go-to the manufactures site for either the sound card or motherboard.

If you don't know what make and model either is Everest in our downloads section should tell you.

On the device manager its under Other Devices as Multimedia Audio Controllers with an exclamation mark next to it, because the drivers are not installed. How do I find out the make and model?
