Can anybody tell me what this service is, if it is harmful, if it can be disabled etc?

i have read that it has something to do with Adobe CS3, which i do have installed, but not sure what to do with it or about it?

Thanks evil. Do u know if this is needed or can be removed? Is it infact resource hungry? Or should it just be let alone?
