Hi,

I found out under the Documents & settings, several Username folders that cannot be opened (not accessible). Is this because the PC has been reformat several times or something else? Is this going to be a problem later on? How can I get rid of these folders? Much obliged...

They are old accounts, login as admin, go to control panel then users.

Delete any old accounts as necessary.
