If you dislike all the "Fisher Price" hand holding, in Vista and manually turn off all the annoying Security Center notifications, User Account Control dialogs, Automatic Windows Defender scannings, Automatic Update installations etc. ......, then this piece of free software saves time by automating the process and may be of interest to you.

im sure i read on the WWW the other day that you manually turn such things off without added software, ill see if i can find it again.

Yes you can manually turn them all off, but this little proggy makes your life easier and saves time, by automating the process and saves you hunting through all the unfriendly Vista menus.
