It's Vista home premium on an Acer 4520 notebook. Computer starts normal, around half of the programs in startup load then the computer restarts. doesn't just crash, it goes through the normal restart process. Anyone have any ideas? I tried safe mode, last known good config, and i tried reseating the processor.

Boot off the Vista CD and let it repair anything.

yea that'll be my next step. right now i'm scanning it with symantec endpoint.
