i have two HardDrives-one with windows vista on
and the other has only my music and pictures. after awhile when not using anything on that HardDrive (one with music & pictures on)it powers down. then when i want to view or use anything on that HardDrive it powers back up but there is a 4second lag while it spins up (due to system specs) Help me turn this setting off please ![]() am sure we all like the sound of a western powering up but its getting annoying now

Control panel - > System and maintance - > on your power plan, choose your active one and click change plan settings - > Change Advanced settings - > Hard disk - > Turn Off Hard Disk .... - > Never
thats how i think it should be, but i dont have a second HDD to look at. |
