My Deskjet 3940 will not print wordpad documents but it will print photos and I can print my received emails. When I try to print from wordpad the printer appears to be working and it goes thru all the motions and makes all the sounds that it would make if it was printing but the paper comes out blank. I contacted HP and they said since the printer will work they can not help me. Has anyone ever heard of this before? I've heard that people have had to purchase new printers when they installed vista. Any help would be appreciated. I posted this on the printer help section but have had no replies yet so I'm trying it here also. Thanks.

Good Afternoon Kristijan.
Is the printer connected up via USB? Also have you installed the latest drivers? Are you printing from Word or notepad? |
