 Vista registry stopped

hello,
my mate has vista home premium on his pc, and it was really slow so we sped it up, but he some of this stuff in the registry and now regs, .exe's, registry editor, run as administrator and many other things won't start? he cant access the registry, so ...

hello,
my mate has vista home premium on his pc, and it was really slow so we sped it up, but he some of this stuff in the registry and now regs, .exe's, registry editor, run as administrator and many other things won't start? he cant access the registry, so what should we do? |
