I am thinking of running vista ultimate on my laptop, i installed the windows vista upgrade advisor and it says i should upgrade my video card but i cant because it is built into the motherboard. Will vista still run? Or will i just have to stick with xp?

Here's what it says:

After installing Windows Vista, we recommend upgrading your video card

Your current video card will not support the Windows Aero™ user experience. Contact your computer manufacturer or retailer to see if an upgrade is available. Click here for a list of video cards that support Windows Aero.

You cannot upgrade a video card in a laptop.

It will probably run on what you have, just make sure you have 2GB of ram or it will be very slow.

Also the ultimate version is very expensive and isn't too different to home premium, in-case you were not aware.
