I am having trouble installing Windows Vista Ultimate. It goes through copying windows files, expanding files, installing features and updates. It then restarts and final step is completing installation which it does not complete. I have left it at this stage for 4+ hours. I have done some research and found many people having similar problems. Anybody here have any advice?

Try removing one stick of RAM and see if things improve, if not swap them around, still using just one stick.

Hmm, I had a problem like this when I last time, reinstall my computer.
I think this was because I had bought a Home premium Installsion DvD but install the Ultimate edition, which I'm not sure you can. So I just reinstall it, as an Home premium and it was able to complete it all |
