I have set up different user accounts for the rest of the family, however all the programs and icons in the administrators account (mine) are also on there's, I want to know how to remove these either delete or uninstall the ones they don't want and the ones I don't want them to have/see. Every time I do this I end up deleting/uninstalling them off my account. Is this possible and if so how do i do this. This is my first forum and hope I am in the right area I apologise if I am not Thank you

From your administrator account run Windows Explorer, Tools / Folder Options / View, Show hidden files and folders. Then browse to C:\Users\Public\Desktop, you'll find the shared icons. You should also see each user and be able to adjust what they have or haven't got on their desktops. I suggest that what you want to retain on your admin desktop but suppress from theirs goes from Public to your admin space.
