    Hi, I need a cd key for windows xp OEM for a customer's computer. If anyone has an old licence sticker that is no longer needed could you pm me the cd key please?

    I don't have an XP licence key but have you suggested Linux Mint (Very similar GUI to Windows) or Ubuntu (More software support) to your customer?, XP is massively outdated.

    Thanks for that but he needs XP as the CAD software that he uses wont work on anything else apparently.

    I know "the customer's always right", but I find it very hard to believe that it won't run on Windows 7 - the compatibility mode which is built in is excellent.


    I'd advise against XP on a security standpoint. Microsoft ended all support for XP way back in 2010! Even Vista is beginning to be phased out now.

    If he insists, though, I might have one available. I really think you should have words with him first though. What is the software, specifically?
