Whats the difference between OEM and Non OEM OS? Because dabs has vista ultimate for about £350 and the OEM version for about £110

OEM is meant for new machines and comes with no box, manual or Microsoft support.

You legal tho' if you buy it with a piece of new hardware for your old machine, like a USB lead for example.
