the resolution setting seem to have got changed on our computer and we cannot get them back, we are running windows xp. the os screen on start up shows fine but when it comes to loading up the windows screen a message bounces accross the screen saying input not supported. we have tried pressing f10 and on the os screen we have accessed f8 and tried the different options including the one that says it will take the computer back to when it was last working ok but we still get the same message. any suggestions how we can bring back the windows screen. thanks

Boot in safe mode and lower your resolution.
