Default Where are the drivers?

Hi guys
Got my computer all running although it's not going as smooth as I would have hoped, I'm installing the OS and after the first scare of the computer telling me no CPU was detected I have finally got to the part where it asks for the CD with the device drivers on, I've tried all the cd's I have with no luck, there's a box that says 'hide drivers that are not compatible with hardware' and its ticked, can anyone shed some light?

Skip them and run the driver downloads from the manufacturers website when you get into Windows later.

Hi Dave
Got it sorted, and for the future aspiring computer geeks out there, learn from my mistake, connect the harddrive to the motherboard before you post on The Computer Forums
All is up and running now just installing the drivers then it's Half Life 2 time

Oh, I'm in tears!

Seriously though Jack, I've heard and seen worse.

Connecting HSF to cpu using glue is one that springs to mind.

The moral: Measure twice, cut once.
