i decided to reinstall windows as i thought it was going to be easier but saying that when i reinstall windows and when it copys windows files to HD it shows the blue screen this is the code that appears;

That article suggests RAM, if you have two sticks remove one, if it does it again swap and try with the other.

Your laptop wouldnt be a hp would it? Have you tried pasting the error message in google, I did some searches and atleast 70% of people with the same error message on a laptop had a hp and was either graphics card or memory related, If you can, delete your existing partition and create a new one and try to install then.

Ive got the same Laptop lol. Go on the hp website they help with alot of things.
