|
hi all sorry if i've posted this in the wrong place. i recently have had my computer upgraded to vista ultimate by a friend. i have tried to download i tunes, drivers for my printer and camera, at the end of each download i get the message windows explorer is shutting down and i cannot complete the download, any advice greatly appreciated.

Is your Vista up to date?
If not I would suggest trying to get all updates first and then retry
