Default Windows Live Sign In

Hi, I have for a while been experiencing a strange problem which i can only assume is the result of some kind of virus (although i have very little knowledge of viruses!) Basically, whenever I access C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator, after about 10 seconds a window opens asking me to 'Sign in with Windows Live I.D.' Why am I being asked to do this? Is it something to do with a particular file on this part of my computer? I usually cancel this window, and it eventually disappears after pressing cancel three times. It is a bit of a frustrating problem, and i would appreciate any light anyone might be able to throw on why it is occurring and how to stop it coming up.
Thanks,
Luke

i would try scanning your computer for virus... i would've of thought that anything to do with windows live.

Are you the only user on the computer??? Are you the Admin???

Also does it only do that when you go via the C drive or does it also do it when you click on Admin Documents????
