My pc was restarting again and again............... try to repair with recover console but not able to complete that and I format it then create the partition again and try to install the windows but after copied the files of os, error comes after restarting the machine and appears as, file is missing and reinstall the above file windows/system32...................

Could either be your hard drive is knackered or the Windows Installation Disc is damaged.
Do you have any other Windows CD's 95/98 so on, to eliminate the possiblity of faulty hard drive. However, from what you have said, sounds like it's the hard drive. What Windows are you trying to install? |

What is the make model of machine?
On some machines you can do a Hard-Drive self test in the bios. |
