hi guys
Iam a newby to the forums so i hope iam posting in the proper place. My problem is when i try & get this windows update... Downloading Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update (KB951847) x86 (update 1 of 1)... it gets too 99% then stops & after 5mins or so it says failed this is a High-priority update. I have tried a few times to finish this but every its the same result so Iam hoping someone may have the answer

Hi, welcome to CJ. Yes, you are in the correct forum.

Can you download them manually? Avoiding the Windows update console? Google the .net updates names and the individual download pages should be listed.

Did windows install other updates OK? Did this problem occur after updating to sp3? if so, it may be due to some missing .dll files.
