round my mates on her vista machine on the system tray its got updates are available for pc so i click it install them or try to install them but then it comes up with an error, can anyone help, i forgot what the error says

not much information there... have you tried several times?? cause maybe next time it installs it... if not then try to get the error msg.
i think people in here cant guess that one...
