Windows XP 32bit or 64bit Any difference?

right is there any noticible difference between windows xp 32 or 64 bit? i have a 64 bit processor, but running 32bit XP, would i see a noticible difference if i was to upgrade to the 64bit Version??????????

Not really, not much stuff has been made for 64bit yet.

32Bit version can only utilize so much RAM, I think it's something like 3.7Gig

ah right well i only have 2 gig and thats all my motherboard will manage anyway, there must be more differences than that between the two tho, would it run faster running 64bit on a 64bit processor than 32bit on a 64bit cpu?
