| Currently the issue stands on my Windows XP is when it begins the start cycle it runs through and prompts what version I'd like to startup on. Two weeks ago by my own negligence I formatted my D: drive instead of my C: drive putting a second copy of XP onto the D: Drive, while the C: still containing the old copy of XP. I have restored the files that were erased from the D: drive, but as consequences played out everytime I start XP now it attempts to auto-load the D: drive version still, even though I have deleted the old partition and put another copy in it's place, twice. Does anyone have any tips on how to proceed further? I'm rather annoyed that I can't just auto-start it and get it to run. Would re-formatting my C: help this? Or is it a bigger issue then just that? |

| Your D: drive is actually a partition on your main drive Loki, just reformat D.
