Can you elaborate ... i.e. does the system fail to boot or ?

Did you delete any software or malware before this happened ?

A message box pops up when the computer is booting up, but i just click the close button and it goes away! It's just a bloody nuisance and i'd love to get rid of it..

It probably part of an old program or malware left in the startup.

Remove it from startup.

Start > Run > Type msconfig the enter > Startup tab > Untick the box applicable (Match it in the command table) > Apply > Close > Reboot.

A registry key shouldn't be running from the system32 folder. That's most likely a malware issue.
