Default Xp Home Illegal Copy

You will need to start afresh, with a clean formatted drive, as Windows will not allow you to upgrade from XP Pro to XP Home.
Also, if it's an XP Home Upgrade Disk that you have, you will need a qalifying OS installed such as W98 or W2K, otherwise you will not be able to install it (not legally anyway).
