im installing xp i press f6 when it tells me so i can get the sata image it tells me to insert the floppy wich came with the mobo i do then it says pres enter i do but then it just jepps saying press enter i am seriously going to beat it silly please some1 tell me how do i fix this also if i ignore that it comes up saying ftdisk corrupt press enter i do then it says press enter to rebboot HELP ME PLEASE!

Try making the sata driver disc again, use a different floppy.

Ok make sure the floppy drive isnt damaged, or try unattaching and reattaching?, might not be the floppy drive but its just a thought?

Turns out the Hard Drive Controller was set to RAID not SATA, changing the setting within the BIOS meant I no longer had to use a floppy; I'm simple at times.
