|
i turn my dell laptop and it goes on to the screen asking weather i want to start up in safe mode or normal i have tried selecting all of them but i just goes onto a blank screen then goes back to the same menu help. i dont have the original xp disk but i tried booting from disk with my windows 7 disc. just comes up with message saying no bootable devices. please help

Your windows xp is Corupted, you wil need to get original disk and run a secondery Repair to be able to keep all you data and programs, othe wise you wil need to reinstall windows completly, some time the repair option is not there, some viruses disable the feature.
