It depends on your System specs ..... if it's an old PC, with on board graphics, dont bother, as it will run slow and you wont notice any benefits.

if you go to google and search Windows Upgrade Advisor it will tell you if its ready to be upgrade also if they will be any problems you might see

Actually, the on-board graphics are not much of a problem. I have a Toshiba Satellite A215-S7428 running Windows Vista Home Premium on a ATI Radeon X1200 Mobile Graphics (On-Board) and my computer runs just as good as any other one out there, except for gaming, gaming has it's lags but that's also because it IS a notebook and isn't as high-powered as a desktop might be.

I agree, but many old mobos, with on board graphics, will not be able to display all the eye candy from Vista.
