$250,000 (£172,000) Has Been Offered by Microsoft to Find Who is Behind the Downadup/Conficker Virus

They must be convinced this was created/released in the US or Europe or I don't think they would be this aggressive in finding the author.

The most prolific trojan ever released, Zlob, is of Russian descent. They (MS) have even had forms of communication with the guy. They can't touch him and they both know it. So he's not worried one bit...
