no i havent cleared the restore points yet as i cant find the tab in properties in my computer,i wrote it at the bottom of the page but i have done atf but i cant find the system restore tab?

Re-hide your protected system files by reversing the steps in This Post

Now remove:
Combofix
CWShredder
Counterspy, after the 15 day trial.
There is no need to keep these because they update constantly and it is better to download fresh copies as needed.
Then run CCleaner.

You can keep ATF Cleaner but remember it is a very powerful cleaner so use it when a thorough cleaning is needed. CCleaner is good for a daily cleaning.

Your windows service packs are way out of date. This leaves you open to all kinds of attacks.

Go to www.windowsupdate.com and get the updates. This will take a while because you are missing many many updates.
You will have to use IE to get the updates.

Next have a read of this. Keeping yourself safe on the web. There are a lot of good free security tips in there.

I would suggest getting Firefox and using that as a browser. It is much safer then IE. But do not neglect the IE updates. They are still very important.

ZipGeinus is an excellent free alternative to WinRaR. It will open anything you should need it to.

Not that you do, but warez/keygens are no good period! Yes they offer free stuff but what they do not tell you is that you are also downloading Trojans and Keyloggers so they can steal any product key that may be on your computer. Thats how they always have fresh keys to offer. They are stolen!

ok ive done eveything now and im doing a bitdefender scan,60% and good so far, thanks so much for helping me, do u know any good downloading programs that are safe to use and free??

Im really dumb with computers lol, one which you can download songs,movies etc like bitdefender, that was for songs and movies etc,no what i mean? my pc is CLEAN! its gone!!

i got spybot working by the way,its half way and its picked up PAL-spyware-remover.
do i just get spybot to fix or delete it
