Hello all :)

Just curious into what AV the users of TCF use.

I personally use NOD32. I have had experience with AVG and Norton but this out perfroms both of them.

I highly recommend NOD32, buy only if you are experienced with computers as the interface isn't very novice friendly.

Discuss.

Sam :)

Avast Home Free.

This is an interesting thread in this subject and which AV's seem to be on top of their game.
I was surprised that AVG failed the test.

haha, that Tojan test thingy. I can't even download it. As soon as it finishes download NOD32 destroys it.

Never rated it much to be honest.

It misses a lot of stuff and sometimes when it does catch something it refuses to remove/repair/delete it.

Agreed, I used AVG for years. I am about 6 months into Avast and wish I would have switched sooner.

Currently using AVG, although i think i'll give avast a go after reading this thread!

I did use Norton for a few years, but found it expensive, slow on start-up, and it would always seem to find a virus even when everything was fine, almost as if it was creating viruses to justify its existance
