Well guys since last month, I am having trouble with explorer. I have a netcafe and 30 computers and 2 server computers. Suddenly, an error came out and caused my IE7 cant open some websites like adobe, mynet, hotmail. Whenever I try to view these websites, there a "BBBBBBBBBBBBB" text appears on the left top of the web browser, sometimes all the site looks encrypted, and sometimes there just BBBBBBBBBBBBB text and the site opens.

I tried Firefox, Opera and IE6 even. But it gives the same error always. I downloaded all the anti virĂ¼s, anti spyware and anti adware programs, that are recommended by most experts, but no it cant fix the problem. I formated whole cafe 6 times, all the pcs, I lost all my data and progs and save games and projects, but I had to, Nah.

I read a thread started by another friend from u.s., who had the same error, there you guys tried to help him, I used all the programs and softwares you recommended to him. I tried to find common files that working on both his and my machines but there is nothing! I made all the steps you told in the removing a spyware section. everything everything!!!

I used 3 different modems, different brands. I changed my ip to static to dynamic, chgnaged my dns, tried everything.

I cant use my cafe over a month. about to get crazy.

please help me. I made a google search, there are just two person who is having the same error, beside me, one of them was here, thats why i came here.

What to do guys ? How to fix this ? domino.exe and wmsnap3.exe etc, were suspicious to me but fixed em, then wuauclt.exe I solved it. even tho, I have deepfreeze installed on the pc, and I scanned the pc 100 times with Kaspersky, Norton, Avast, AVG, Mcafee, it works good for a while then after an hour it starts to show a BBBBBBBBBBBBB on the left side first, then gets worse and whole screen shows like encrypted in another language.

I called 3 different engineer, they looked and found a solution they tought, one said it was about DNS, it became same. One said it was about IP, nah it wasnot. One said it could be about modem, we changed and tried no.!

I need help!

Welcome to CJ. I am going to need some more information from the infected computer in the form of scan logs. This will show startups, certain registry keys and so on. You are right, there is limited information about this that I have seen so far but we should be able to get to the bottom of it soon enough.

Please do this and then post the logs back here.

Download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) from here or here to your Desktop.
Note: You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges.
  • Close all applications and windows.
  • Double-click on dss.exe to run it, and follow the prompts.
  • When the scan is complete, two text files will open
    • main.txt <- this one will be maximized
    • extra.txt <- this one will be minimized
  • Add the contents of main.txt in your post.
  • Also add extra.txt to your post.
  • The text from these files may exceed the maximum post length for this forum, and may need to be sent over 2 or more posts. Please ensure all text is posted.

What DSS will do:
  • Create a new System Restore point in Windows XP and Vista.
  • Clean your Temporary Files, Downloaded Program Files, and Internet Cache Files, and also empty the Recycle Bin on all drives.
  • Check some important areas of your system and produce a report for your analyst to review. DSS automatically runs HijackThis for you, but it will also install and place a shortcut to HijackThis on your desktop if you do not already have HijackThis installed.
