Which free antivirus is the best?

It shouldn't be trial based and must be easy to download.

Thanks.

I use AVG. Its pretty good and very convenient. No problems so far. It does however false detect malicious activity, which means its pretty good in sensing stuff. Type AVG Free in google and you will find their website.

go to www.download.com you will find thousands of applications. you can just select security and spyware, and then you will find antivirus software, spyware removers, firewalls and all sorts of security software. you can just click on the category you want and then you can filter them by license (free, or free to try) and even sort them by name, rating, date added, etc.really, go check it out, its the best place to get free software.
